Absolutely stunning place for my family of 6 (including 4 younger kids). The ocean views from the balcony and fresh breeze were the best part. My kids loved the ping pong table and master spa pool. Don't worry about the no AC, you don't need it. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/supplies. Hosts were responsive, caring and helpful. Truly amazing memories and location. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Aaron’s place. The black sand beach was nice and relaxing. The house overlooks the ocean and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful beach home and incredible location in a peaceful & quirky neighborhood! We loved our time at Aaron’s so much. The views all around are breathtaking and watching sunrises was our favorite! We walked down to the black sand beach every day, sometimes twice a day- yes it can be quirky but everyone is so nice, keeps to themselves and it’s one of the most magical and beautiful beaches we’ve been to! We saw dolphins swimming pretty close to the beach - with a couple snorkelers swimming right there with them- unreal! We also loved going on walks through the different neighborhoods around the area. We already miss black sand beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and backyard were beautiful. Our host was very helpful, quick to respond and gave us early check in with short notice. Will be back to Vegas and would be happy to stay here again!

We fell in love with the notion of an ocean side house. And it is incredible. I can see how it would be perfect for families as much as we enjoyed it as a staycation getaway. It may be a little out of the way…a good 30 min from Hwy 11, but had we not stayed here I don’t think we would have discovered ‘the end of the road’, the pizza guy at Kaimu Country store (need to call in your order or get there early), and Pele’s Kitchen (the sweetest people and amazing farm to table breakfasts). We used this location to golf at Volcano (discovering Lanikai Brewing company as a great place to have lunch), enjoy a coffee tasting and tour at Ka’u Coffee Mill, and on our return to Waikoloa, we discovered Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor Center and Wailuku Brew Works (Ma’ono Lunch Counter) the best combo of people coming together to eat enjoy the talent of the brew masters (the NA ginger beer was a find!). Returning to the house to unwind in the swim spa and play games listening to surf was heaven

The Black Sand Beach house was incredible! We loved watching sunrise from the master bedroom deck. And being able to walk to Kehena Beach for our morning swims was perfect. The house is so nice and peaceful.

Aaron’s home was very comfortable, and we had a great time spending time with family. The spa was a lovely bonus and made the stay especially relaxing. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at Aaron’s farmhouse. It was so cozy and exactly what we needed for our Christmas Zion getaway. The hot tub was essential after a long days of hiking and the fireplace perfectly added to the cozy vibes. Thank you for having us.

The home was a perfect place for our wedding weekend ❤️ Plenty of space for a family and friend sleepover and plenty of space for bridesmaid hair and makeup. It was romantic, serene and had beautiful views. The pool was relaxing and peaceful, perfect for a day to unwind after the wedding. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 9. The instructions were well communicated, in advance and on-site. The hot tub and pool were appreciated as was the outside dining. The bedrooms were great and allowed for flexibility for all of our guests. The house was exactly what we were hoping for, based on the photos and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather and connect. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a very easy time getting Lyfts into downtown Las Vegas for the other events we had planned. I can't say enough great things about our stay!
